1. Independent Artistic Upcycling & Trademark Disclaimer

Seam Work Art is an independent design studio specializing in artistic upcycling, textile reconstruction, and wearable art.

  • All products sold on this platform are 1-of-1 handcrafted items remodeled from legally acquired, pre-owned materials, heritage blankets, and vintage textiles.

  • We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the original manufacturers or brands whose pre-owned garments or logos may be featured in our reconstructed designs.

  • All original brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the sole property of their respective owners. Our use of these materials is strictly for sustainable artistic expression and does not imply any official partnership.

2. Nature of One-of-a-Kind Products

By purchasing from Seam Work Art, you understand and acknowledge that:

  • Product Variance: Each piece is completely unique. Minor imperfections, variations in fabric texture, distressing, color fading, or manual stitching alignment are natural characteristics of heritage materials and artisanal craftsmanship. These are intentional design elements, not defects.

  • Sizing: Because we use various pre-owned blanks, traditional sizing tags may not reflect modern standard fits. Exact measurements are provided in each description. It is your responsibility to review them prior to purchase.

3. Purchase and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

  • As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, all sales are final due to the exclusive 1-of-1 nature of our products.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, designs, store concepts, product photography, text, graphics, and custom layouts created by Seam Work Art are the exclusive intellectual property of our studio. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any portion of our intellectual property without express written permission from us.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seam Work Art, its owners, and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the wear and use of our products. We do not guarantee that your screen display will perfectly reflect the actual color or texture of the garments in real life.
