SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to Seam Work Art. Because every garment in our studio is a handcrafted, 1-of-1 upcycled masterpiece, our shipping and handling process requires specialized care to ensure your wearable art arrives safely.
Please review our shipping terms and estimates below.
1. Processing & Handling Time
Unlike traditional fast-fashion brands, we do not ship items instantly.

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your package is meticulously inspected, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a secondary notification containing your tracking information.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
We ship nationwide across the United States using reliable major carriers (primarily USPS, UPS, or DHL).

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and destination. We offer flat-rate or free shipping tier upgrades during special promotional events.
3. International Shipping
We are proud to share our wearable art worldwide. We offer international shipping to selected countries (including Canada, Europe, Australia, and parts of Asia).

Delivery Estimates: International transit typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Seam Work Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update on the carrier's system.
5. Address Accuracy & Wrong Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate and complete.

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship the item.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as "Delivered" via tracking, Seam Work Art is no longer legally liable for lost, missing, or stolen shipments.

If your tracking status says delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with your neighbors or contact your local post office/shipping carrier branch directly to file an official carrier claim.
